The Bluffs at SouthWood

The Bluffs at SouthWood is a unique setting of 21 Southern Living designed homes overlooking the 13th green and the 14th hole of SouthWood’s Fred Couples designed golf course. The fairways and distant Vistas are surrounded by more than 40 acres of conservation land. The Bluffs cottage style homes are designed to meet the unique needs of a growing population that desire a custom designed home on primarily one level with an additional detached guest cottage, also on one level. The guest cottage allows for our owners to enjoy generational living while maintaining privacy and security.
