Bobbin Neighborhoods

The “Bobbin” neighborhoods comprise of Bobbin Trace, Bobbin Mill and Bobbin Brook off of Maclay Road close to I-10. Alfred B Maclay Garden is right across Maclay road from these neighborhoods. Maclay Garden State Park is known as a historical gem and situated on 1184 acres offering botanical gardens, trails, boating, swimming and fishing. Bobbin Trace homes are larger homes on smaller lots. Homes in the Bobbins are on lot sizes from a half an acre to approximately 3 acres. Price ranges are typically $600,000 to $1,500,000. Bobbin Trace is the “youngest” of the three with smaller lots and larger homes.
