Diane Schmidt
Synergy Home Staging

Diane Schmidt is a graduate of Florida State University and worked for the State of Florida for over 18 years as a paralegal and intelligence analyst. In 2007, she transitioned into the private sector, tapped in to her creative side and started Synergy Home Staging, LLC in 2007. "Staging is all about helping the seller showcase their home so it will have the competitive edge in the marketplace. Synergy is all about working together to produce a result greater than any one party working alone. It is definitely the combined efforts of the seller, stager and realtor(R) working together that will produce the greatest results. I am proud to be working with the Naumann Group team."

Patti Young

Making homes look great is Patti Young's specialty. A licensed professional with a degree in Interior Design, her knowledge and experience ranges from interior space planning and color psychology to faux finishing and florals. Her work is featured in This Old House magazine, Midwest Living and other notable publications. Patti Young believes home staging is about creating spaces that buyers will want to call home.
