Jeri Letchworth grew up in Tallahassee. After spending 8 years as a stay-at-home Mom with her 3 boys, Kevin, Kyle, and Jason, she began her career in marketing. Jeri spent 3 years at the Tallahassee YMCA, and eventually became their Fitness/Membership Director. After working with people on such close terms, Jeri realized how much enjoyment there was in advertising. Jeri purchased a BrackenChase home in 2002, and she joined the Naumann Group in 2003 to further her career in advertising and marketing.

Pat Smith is the Brokerage Administrator for The Naumann Group. She is a Realtor and Salesperson who presently serves as office manager and transaction coordinator for the Company. Pat is retired after thirty-three years of working in Florida State University administration, public affairs and governmental relations. She also spent several years working with the Tallahassee Area Chamber of Commerce in establishing several non-profit organizations in the Tallahassee community.

Jason Naumann is a graduate from the Florida State University and has been around real estate all of his life. For more than two generations, both sides of his family have been in the field of real estate marketing, sales and development.

Mike Moore moved to Tallahassee and joined The Naumann Group in 2003 after retiring form Bell South Communications with over thirty years of service. He has been married for thirty years to wife Jody and has two lovely daughters and two adorable grandchildren.
Mike has been involved in Real Estate for over twenty years, starting with a condominium on St. Augustine Beach. His love for the water and nature was a great combination when The Naumann Group Coastal Branch Office opened in Ochlockonee Bay, it was a perfect fit. Helping people invest and move to the Forgotten Coast has been a wonderful experience. Mike has recently returned to his home of 45 years, Jacksonville. The Naumann Group Real Estate has opened a Branch Office in Jacksonville.
Mike along with The Naumann Group will begin it’s first venture in Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club working with Reed Brothers Custom Homes. Fran Pybus received her Bachelors Degree from Florida State University and her Masters Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She spent several years working in the public school system in Tampa before relocating to Thomasville, Georgia with her husband. It was there she discovered her love for real estate while spending weekends visiting open houses and looking for investment property.
This attention to real estate provided and avenue to move to the coast of Florida where she decided to put her interest to good use by joining The Naumann Group as one of our Coastal Sales Specialists.

Celia Hood grew up in St. Louis, Mo. and moved to Florida after living in South Africa for 15 years. Frank Cuda was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA but has lived in the South for over 35 years. Frank retired from Rich's-Macy's after 34 years, promoted from Buyer to Store Manager and Divisional Vice President. Frank invested in Florida property while still in Atlanta, but quickly decided to be part of the dynamics of this community.
Frank recently joined The Naumann Group as a Coastal Sales Specialist. Frank's experience in customer service, sales and management make him a excellent partner for your real estate investment.

A true local, Ivanhoe Lewis Carroll was born in Tallahassee and raised on Dog Island. She attended FSU, married her high school sweetheart, Cliff, then got her broker’s license and entered the real estate market on St. George and Dog Island in the mid-80's. Cliff’s career moved them to South Florida, where they resided for five years. That time away from the Panhandle of Florida allowed them to truly appreciate the pristine beauty and wonderful sense of community that exists in this little part of Florida.
Excited about the future of Wakulla County and impressed with the school system, Cliff and Ivanhoe settled in Wakulla County in 1997. Their children, Jeff (15), and Chelsea (10), attend Wakulla High School and Medart Elementary, respectively. Ivanhoe is an avid boater and loves to fish, both inshore and offshore. A real “people person”, she is most comfortable with a houseful (or boatful) of friends and family with lots of laughter and good food. Ivanhoe has volunteered at the local schools and has been a member of the School Advisory Council for seven years. She is vice-president of the Ochlockonee Bay Volunteer Fire Department and is a member of the Partnership Florida-Panacea Waterfronts Committee.

Pam Cuda was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Furman University with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Pam was with Rich's-Macy's in Atlanta for 25 years, much of that time as a Regional Merchandise Manager.
Pam has been commuting to Atlanta, and is excited about the opportunity to live in Florida full time. Pam was so impressed by her husband Frank's experience with The Naumann Group that she has now joined as the New Home Specialist in Crawfordville.

life. Greg is a familiar face in town as he operated Somerset
Furniture (a family owned business). For 25 years, Greg has served

Greg’s passion is Real Estate and now he can work at his passion of helping customers find their dream home. A native Floridan, Shaun O'Leary has called Tallahassee home for the past 17 years. Shaun started his business career in his father's property management company located in Tallahassee. Teresa came to Tallahassee in 1979 from Tampa Florida to attend Florida State University. She graduated in 1981 with a B.S. in Political Science and spent 3 years working as a Legislative Aide in the Florida House of Representatives. She got involved in a real estate career in 1984 with Killearn Properties where she met her husband, Doug Turner, who is President of Turner Heritage Homes. They have been married since March 1991, and have a son, Evan Turner, who is a student-athlete at Maclay School.
Teresa owned her own real estate company, Turner Properties, for many years here in Tallahassee, and sold out to her business partner in the Summer of 2007. Giulie Rowan grew up in Arlington, Virginia. After moving to California, to work in the entertainment industry at Universal Studios, she met her husband, Russell, and moved to Orlando, Florida for his Residency program. Giulie continued working for Universal Studios Orlando in the production studios. In 1989, the Rowans moved to Tallahassee.
